Hebei Normal University was founded in 1902. It is a key provincial university jointly supported by the People’s Government of Hebei Province and the Ministry of Education, one of first tier universities of Hebei Provincial "Two First-class" higher education institutions. Hebei Normal University covers 12 disciplines including literature, history, art, economics, management, law, education, science, technology, medicine, philosophy and interdisciplinarity. PROGRAMS

1. Long-term Chinese Language Program

Ø Duration: One semester or more. Each semester has 18-20 weeks

Ø Enrollment Time: February, September

Ø Application Time: The entire year

Ø Eligibility: High school graduate over 18 years

Ø Tuition Fee：

2. Diploma/Degree Programs

Ø Duration: 4 years for undergraduates; 2 or 3 years for master’s students; 4 years for doctoral students

Ø Enrollment Time: Each September

Ø Application Time: by May 30

Ø Eligibility

a. Undergraduate Program: the applicant shall be or over 18 years old, graduate from high school, and has passed the HSK4 with a score over 180.

b. Master Program: the applicant shall hold a bachelor degree and has passed HSK5 with a score over 180.

c. Doctoral Program: the applicant shall hold a master degree and has passed HSK5 with a score over 180 (for majors with Chinese as the language of instruction). For applicants to English-taught programs, IELTS6.0/TOFEL(IBT) 70 or equivalent certificate required.
